What happens after I submit a request?

1. Our sales support staff in your area will contact you by email to set up an online meeting.
2. In the initial online meeting, we will ask you some questions about your samples and your analysis goals.
3. If one of our CT scanners is a good fit for your analysis needs, we will ask you to send us a couple of samples. We will analyze them on one of our CT scanners. If you cannot send us your samples for whatever reason, we can use generic samples similar to yours.
4. We will schedule an online or in-person demo.
5. During the demo, we will show you how to prepare your samples, how to set scan conditions, get results, and analyze them. We will address any questions or concerns you may have.
